Guest Service Ambassador
We are seeking a charismatic and courteous individual to join our front office team as a Guest Service Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed their expectations.
* Greeting Guests: You will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.
* Checking in and out: Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing the smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
* Booking Adjustments: You will work closely with the Front Office management team to modify and adjust guest bookings as needed.
* Promoting Hotel Services: You will promote hotel services and facilities to guests, highlighting the unique experiences we offer.
* Suggesting Local Attractions: With your knowledge of the local area, you will make personalized recommendations to guests on places to visit and things to do.
* Guest Enquiries: You will handle guest enquiries promptly and efficiently, either in person, via phone or email, or through our website.
* Supporting Front Office Team: As a key member of the front office team, you will support the management team in ensuring seamless hotel operations.
