About the role:
Your role:
Provide skilled advice to both internal and external stakeholders in relation to subdivision, development and other planning and development matters
Communicate and promote the groups planning and project development objectives to internal and external stakeholders
Assist in the delivery of all projects both current and future
Undertake inspections and stakeholder meetings to ensure the effective follow up action and delivery of each project
What you'll require to succeed:
Tertiary qualification in Town Planning
An excellent knowledge of Setting and Planning Assessment legislation and other relevant Acts, Plans, Policies and guidelines
Demonstrated experience in development and planning roles
A current 'C' class driver's licence
