* Demonstrate and display the yd. values of Energy, Collaboration, Inspiration, Success, and Integrity in all actions.
* PEOPLE: Assist in driving the brand's cultural values in every aspect of the role; participate in effective communication with the team and management; represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.
* PERFORMANCE: Implement our CLASS selling steps in every customer interaction; assist in achieving strong sales performance in line with store goals; support the Store Manager to complete product moves to support sales; execute daily store standards in line with VM standards guide; develop and maintain a strong understanding of the yd. products and features and benefits using the product guide.
