The Senior Project Manager / Stream Lead is responsible for monitoring and managing a Stream's use of resources (both human and financial), as well as facilitating the work that the Stream is performing and monitoring the Stream's conformance with obligations, objectives, and client expectations. This role will also be directly responsible for the delivery of some ICT projects.
Main responsibilities:
In partnership with Tribe Leads and Business Partners, establishing Tribe goals and KPI's
Collaborating closely with Senior stakeholders from the relevant Business Unit, to monitor client satisfaction, manage issues, and serve as escalation point if necessary
Ensuring that Business Partners and Tribe Leads within the Stream understand relevant compliance obligations and objectives (e.g. patching deadlines, SLA's, automated testing targets)
Monitoring conformance against compliance obligations and objectives, and partnering with Tribe Leads and Business Partners to ensure appropriate prioritisation of these against business needs
Identifying opportunities for information sharing and reuse across Tribes
Ensuring project activities are undertaken in accordance with the LSSA Quality and Information Security Management System
