**Key Performance Objective**:
- Ensure change initiatives meet objectives to increase employee engagement
- Manage adoption and usage of changed processes and systems
- Create and implement change management impact assessments
- Develop and agree change & training strategies with key stakeholders
- Create & deliver training programs with vendors and business stakeholders
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and support communications that promote awareness, understanding and support for the changes that are to be adopted in the organisation
- Manage key stakeholders and coach senior leaders as Change Sponsors
- Consult and coach project teams, and create and develop change advocates within the business
- Work with core vendors & internal stakeholders to adopt and align to best practice change activities
- Drive engagement with all departments across the business
- Develop training strategies, and where appropriate deliver training
**Selection Criteria**:
- Experience/knowledge of change management principles & methodologies
- Experience with large-scale enterprise projects
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
