The Opportunity
As Project Marketing Manager, you will plan, develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for a portfolio of Villawood communities and will bring project identities, campaigns, events and sales initiatives to life.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that support each community's brand and project positioning.
* Plan and coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, print, content, events and community engagement.
* Prepare and manage marketing materials for project releases, milestones and development updates.
* Create and curate content for websites, social channels and project communications.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and project performance to guide marketing decisions.
* Manage marketing budgets including planning, tracking and reporting.
* Contribute to ongoing improvements in marketing processes, collateral and customer experience.
About You
* Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, public relations or a similar field.
* Previous experience in property development marketing or related industries such as residential construction, land development or project marketing.
* Experience delivering marketing campaigns and brand activity across digital and traditional channels.
* Confident communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders.
* Demonstrated creative thinking and the ability to produce effective and engaging content.
* Sound planning, organisation and time management skills.
