Job Description
What You\'ll Do:
- Schedule and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance with internal teams and external contractors
- Maintain up-to-date records of service reports, contractor compliance, and maintenance logs
- Track and follow up on outstanding maintenance tasks to ensure timely resolution
- Monitor asset registers and maintenance schedules for key equipment and infrastructure
- Support procurement of maintenance supplies and services as required
- Generate reports on maintenance activity and identify recurring issues or risks
What You Bring:
- Previous Maintenance or Administrative site based experience - Essential
- Experience with MEX, INX or SAP - Maintenance Software Programme - Highly Desired
- Understanding of basic WHS and compliance requirements
- Valid Drivers Licence
- National Police Clearance
