We're growing fast and are now looking for two passionate Account Development Associates (Sydney & Melbourne) to help clinics expand their use of InMode technologies and integrate regenerative treatments that enhance results, accelerate recovery, and elevate business performance.
What You'll Do
• Build genuine partnerships with aesthetic clinics, specialists/cosmetic doctors, and dermal professionals.
• Introduce evidence-based regenerative solutions to complement devices like Morpheus8.
• Support onboarding, education, and repeat consumable growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline visibility to support forecasting and growth.
• Support local education events, workshops, and trade activations to increase clinic engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical Education, and Marketing to nurture long-term success.
What You'll Bring
• Background in Dermal Therapy, Nursing, or Beauty Science.
• Confidence with humility - a consultative style built on trust.
• Energy, organisation, and curiosity to learn the business of aesthetics.
• Experience engaging with diverse clinic networks, including Mandarin-speaking practitioners, is an advantage.
• Proactive, organised, and genuinely passionate about medical aesthetics and patient outcomes.
• Fluent English (required); Mandarin (a bonus).
