Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to support employees and their families as they relocate to new areas. As an Integration & Career Coach, you will work with individuals to establish rapport, motivate them to achieve goals, and provide guidance on cultural differences and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience coaching others in job search, resume development, interview preparation, career exploration, LinkedIn profiles, networking, negotiation, and other aspects of job search coaching. They will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual English/French proficiency preferred but not required.

This is a part-time, contract remote position requiring approximately 15 hours per month. The successful candidate will maintain electronic service delivery records for each employee serviced, monitor progress, and consult with individuals on integrating into the new area, cross-cultural training, specific subjects to improve job search skills and knowledge, and address personal issues affecting their careers.


Requirements

* At least 7 years of experience coaching others in job search, including resume development, interview preparation, career exploration, LinkedIn profiles, networking, negotiation, and other aspects of job search coaching.
* Experience working with international job seekers, including career continuation scenarios, is a plus.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual English/French proficiency preferred but not required.
* Able to analyze and address transitional/integration (relocation) needs, as well as potential cross-cultural challenges.
* Ability to engage and foster positive relationships with program participants/clients.
* Understanding of business and cultural practices within Australia.
* Currently lives and/or works in Australia.
* High-speed internet connection on a personal computer; headset with a microphone will be required.


Ideal Candidate

* Bachelor's degree in a discipline involving the study of human behavior, business or related field preferred.
* Coaching certificate and training.
* Demonstrated expertise in Career Coaching, Life/Integration Coaching, Business Coaching, Facilitation, and Cross-Cultural Training experience is ideal.
* Familiarity with Zoom & MS Teams.
* Has personally relocated to a different country and repatriated to Australia.
* Fluently speaks English and French a plus but not required.
