- Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and current mixology trends.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Join our small, skilled team in a stunning beachfront location. We’re looking for a skilled and personable Waiter to deliver warm, attentive service in our luxury boutique hotel and hatted restaurant.
What You’ll Do
- Provide polished, friendly service in an intimate setting.
- Work closely with a tight‑knit team to ensure smooth, memorable dining experiences.
- Maintain a clean, well‑presented section with strong attention to detail.

- Experience in high‑end or hatted venues.
