About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team and driving sales improvements in all our sales channels. You will provide expert customer service to our retail and trade customers, promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, and ensure all customers are provided with unparalleled service every time.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and inspiration to the team through effective coaching and training.
* Drive incremental sales improvements in all our sales channels that include retail, trade, and design.
* Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers.
* Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts.
