We are seeking a skilled professional to build our talent acquisition function. Partnering with business leaders, you will support a wide range of recruitment needs and contribute to the development of our Talent Acquisition capability.
You will play a key role in sourcing and securing exceptional talent across diverse customer streams – Building & Construction, Civil & Infrastructure, Environmental Services and Engineering & Projects.
Working closely with hiring managers, you'll drive proactive recruitment strategies, enhance our employer brand, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of roles.
* Develop proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing and networking.
* Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver timely outcomes.
* Craft engaging job ads and support employer branding initiatives.
* Maintain recruitment processes, templates, and systems to support best practice.
* Assist with reporting and contribute to continuous improvement across the TA function.
Requirements
* Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either agency or in-house.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
* Excellent organisational, time management, and attention to detail.
* Confidence using recruitment platforms and tools.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to great service.
