Salary: $89,558– $110,146 plus super. This is a competitive remuneration package that includes salary and additional benefits.
Job Description: As a Payroll Advisor, you will work in a small and supportive team to ensure the effective operation of payroll services for the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment conditions, tax provisions, superannuation standards, applicable legislation, and National Employment Standards. You will also develop, implement, and monitor the application of People and Corporate Affairs and payroll processes and data entry requirements. Additionally, you will build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions, providing advice and support on payroll matters to the People and Corporate Affairs Team and wider business.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will require relevant qualifications or significant experience working in a similar payroll position. Your experience should include exposure to EBA's & Awards and organizing payroll for shift workers, as well as understanding allowances. You should have a clear comprehension of the mechanics behind tax, superannuation, and salary packaging. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate mutually acceptable outcomes with a range of stakeholders, are essential. You should also have high attention to detail skills and pride in producing quality work. Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential. Even if you don't meet these criteria 100%, we still want to hear from you.
