Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is expanding into Years 11 (2027) and 12 (2028), offering the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE, VCE VM) and VET. With over 1100 students now and a projected enrolment of 1600 by 2028, the College seeks passionate, innovative educators to lead its senior school in its foundation years.
Role Overview
The Director of Curriculum & Pedagogy works in partnership with the Deputy Principal – Learning and Teaching to provide leadership and strategic oversight of curriculum, pedagogy and assessment across Years 7–12. The role involves:
* Developing and implementing coherent, evidence‐informed curriculum systems that strengthen curriculum leadership and pedagogical excellence.
* Building staff capacity to deliver high‐quality teaching, learning and assessment aligned with the Victorian Curriculum 2.0, senior programs, and College priorities.
* Enhancing the College's Learning and Teaching program by strengthening curriculum coherence, high‐impact pedagogical practice, and systems that ensure clarity, consistency and accountability in assessment, reporting and data‐informed improvement.
* Fostering a culture of professional growth, collaboration and innovation, supporting staff to refine practice and promote excellence for every learner.
