Job Title: SEO Specialist


Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective Google Ads strategies, designing and implementing SEO strategies, and continuously monitoring and adapting to stay ahead of Google's algorithm changes.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute Google Ads strategies to drive online sales.
* Design and implement SEO strategies that promote organic growth, boost traffic, and increase conversions.
* Identify valuable content opportunities to support SEO initiatives driven by content.
* Continuously monitor, test, and adapt SEO strategies to stay ahead of Google's algorithm changes.
* Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to uncover high-value opportunities.
* Manage campaign budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
* Predict campaign performance and provide regular updates on progress toward objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages for enhanced user experience.
* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various channels.
* Write persuasive ad copy and design engaging visuals to resonate with target audiences.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
* 2-5 years of hands-on experience in an SEO role.
* Deep passion for data and the drive to analyze and act on insights.
* Exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a small, dynamic team.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


Technical Skills & Tools:

* Proficient in Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, management, and optimization.
* Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for implementing and managing tracking tags.
* Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA) for setting up events, analyzing data, and user behavior.
* Familiarity with Google Search Console (GSC) for identifying technical SEO issues and keyword opportunities.
