About the Bookkeeping Role
This diverse position combines financial management, administration, and shop supervision. You'll ensure our accounts and operations run smoothly while leading a small team and providing exceptional service to valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and BAS preparation
* Oversee day-to-day pool shop operations, including sales, inventory, and supplier management
* Schedule and coordinate service technicians and customer appointments
* Maintain accurate business records, reporting, and compliance documentation
* Provide professional and friendly customer service in-store and over the phone
* Support management with business planning and process improvements
