Client Services Partner – Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
We're seeking an experienced Client Services Partner to join our expanding team in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to make a real impact by accelerating growth in the region.
In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with our core strategic partners—Telstra and Infosys—and extended ecosystem that includes AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks, and Cloudflare, to help our customers achieve their goals and overcome key challenges.
You'll be responsible for acquiring new accounts, ensuring seamless engagement, and delivering value-driven outcomes to strengthen our go-to-market proposition. With access to our full suite of services—spanning Digital, Cloud, Data, AI, Security, and Identity solutions—you'll help unlock new opportunities and power real growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Build strong, multi-level customer relationships to uncover opportunities and drive cross-functional value.
* Develop and grow strategic accounts through long-term planning and collaboration with internal teams.
* Drive new business across professional and managed services, as well as cloud services and licensing.
* Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in Salesforce and align regularly with leadership on deal progress.
* Lead end-to-end sales cycles, ensuring alignment with commercial and governance processes.
* Identify and activate new business areas, delegating to team members as needed.
* Manage commercial negotiations, including proposals, contracts, and legal documentation.
* Partner with external stakeholders to open new opportunities and expand account reach.
* Lead joint initiatives with partners and suppliers to strengthen delivery and business development.
Your Background
* Extensive experience in solution sales across enterprise and public sector markets, preferably in Professional Services industry.
* In-depth knowledge of delivering technology-driven solutions.
* Over 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
* Demonstrated track record of securing new business and growing existing accounts.
* Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation abilities.
* Resilient, adaptable, and self-driven with a strong focus on solution-oriented outcomes.
* Collaborative team player with a confident and professional demeanour.
