Position Overview
Allstar Blue is recruiting an experienced Superintendent to join our client's service branch in Kalgoorlie. The client is a global leader and requires a Service / Operations Superintendent for a permanent position based on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all operational aspects of the Service Branch, including workshop services, mechanical field services, and conveyor belt maintenance.
* Provide effective management and guidance to the mechanical, belt splicing, and rubber lining teams.
* Investigate customer complaints related to quality, tolerance, specifications, and product condition.
* Ensure the branch reaches set financial targets and KPIs related to operational services, parts, and product sales.
* Ensure all company OH&S policies and procedures are met.
* Provide technical liaison services between product divisions, sales personnel, and customers.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience working with the maintenance of conveyor belt systems.
* Significant experience managing or supervising a mining‐related service operation.
* Sound experience and clear leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide others.
* Strong financial acumen, including the ability to read and analyse financial and operational reports.
* Willingness to relocate to Kalgoorlie or live near the area.
