Working closely with senior leaders and operational stakeholders, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, insightful analysis, and forward-looking support to multiple business units. The role offers exposure to complex operations, fast-paced decision-making, and the opportunity to drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month-end close
* Delivery of monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and insightful commentary
* Financial reporting and analysis supporting multiple operational business units
* Business partnering with operational leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
* Providing financial insight and commercial advice to senior leaders to support decision-making
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes, reporting, and systems
Profile
* CA or CPA qualified, or currently completing qualification
* Strong experience in management accounting or finance business partnering roles
* Strong understanding of operational cost drivers and production-based environments
* Proven experience working with SAP and advanced MS Excel
* Exposure to Anaplan for budgeting and forecasting
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, operationally focused organisation
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
* Highly analytical, commercially astute, and delivery focused
* You must have current right to work in Australia to be considered for this role - sponsorship is not available
