We are currently on the lookout for passionate, driven and customer‐obsessed 7‐Eleven team members to fuel up their career in a store management position at our Colac store.

You must have full‐time work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.

• Deliver an extraordinary customer experience for our loyal and valued customers.
• Inspire and motivate a team of Retail Assistants with your 'lead by example' and hands‐on approach to all store operational and management tasks.
• Create a pipeline for future leaders by coaching and mentoring your team with on‐the‐job training and stretch tasks.
• Be a champion of safety at 7‐Eleven at all times.
• Maintain excellent store standards including cleanliness, functionality of store machines & equipment and merchandising.

• A genuine passion for delivering extraordinary customer service.
• A knack for identifying and developing raw talent.
• A head for numbers, financial and business reporting.
• An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards.
• Ability to drive sales to achieve store targets and milestones.
• Cool, calm and collected management style that thrives under pressure.

• $73,537 + 12% Super + 15% annual bonus eligibility.
• Ability to have your say in the roster + extra days off for working public holidays.
• Regular Monday‐Friday morning shifts.
• Paid full‐time training experience (including Food Safety Supervisor Certificate), conducted both in‐store & online.
