We are currently on the lookout for passionate, driven and customer obsessed 7-Eleven team members to fuel up their career in a store management position our Colac store.
You must have full time work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
What will your day look like?
No two days are the same at 7-Eleven – it's a fast-paced and dynamic environment that will see you driving the following:
* Deliver an extraordinary customer experience for our loyal and valued customers.
* Inspire and motivate a team of Retail Assistants with your 'lead by example' and hands-on approach to all store operational and management tasks.
* Create a pipeline for future leaders by coaching and mentoring your team with on-the-job training and stretch tasks.
* Be a champion of safety at 7-Eleven at all times.
* Maintain excellent store standards including cleanliness, functionality of store machines & equipment and merchandising.

* Paid full-time training experience (including Food Safety Supervisor Certificate), conducted both instore & online
