Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support and resources to young individuals. This includes:
* Providing case management services to young people
* Assisting with daily living skills and education
* Linking clients with community resources and services
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with young people and other stakeholders. They will also be able to think critically and solve problems creatively.
Requirements
