The Opportunity
We are seeking Customer Experience Specialists (Part time & Casual) to join our DFO South Wharf Outlet team.
In this role, you'll deliver elevated, personalised service while building meaningful client relationships and supporting sales performance. Working within a fast-paced outlet environment, you'll bring strong styling capability, attention to detail and a passion for creating a seamless and engaging in-store experience.
Part time & Casual positions available | 20hrs per week | Rosters to be determined
Responsibilities
* Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service
* Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
* Support sales performance through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
* Assist with stock flow and day-to-day concession operations
Qualifications
* Retail experience with a strong customer focus and proven sales results
* Confident clienteling skills and a passion for styling
* Ability to work effectively in a premium concession environment
* Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
* A positive, polished approach and cooperative team mindset
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
