About the Role;
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who's passionate about turning great design into seamless, accessible user experiences. This role sits at the intersection of design and development—ideal for someone who cares deeply about usability, performance, and elegant code.
Requirements:
• Knowledge and experience with Figma
• Deep understanding of user experience design
• Expertise in writing accessible HTML, CSS (Tailwind) & Javascript
• Ability to create high quality technical mock-ups and user journeys
• Ability to convert mock ups into code
• Familiarity with modern Javascript frameworks like
• Ability to work with Git
• Strong organizational skills
Key Responsibilities;
• Conduct usability and testing iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
• Optimize front end applications for max speed, performance and accessibility
• Work with back end developers to integrate API's and ensure end to end functionality
• Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility standards (eg, WCAG)
• Stay current with emerging technologies and UI/UX trends
Required Qualifications
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross browser compatibility
• Professional experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, AdobeXD, or similar
• Min 3yrs experience
