About the Role

We are looking for an operational manager in short-term rental management to service high-quality Airbnb places. This role is ideal for someone who understands the standards, speed, and attention to detail required for guest-ready properties.

* EXCELLENCT CLEANING SKILLS IS ENSSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE
* Student who are available during daytime are welcome to apply too

Cleaner management

* First point of contact for cleaner inquiries. Resolve issues or problems occurred during cleaning work for all cleaners. Attend sites if necessary

* Attend sites as last resort when it is not resolvable online, including after-hours trips

* Cleaning shifts

* Train new and existing cleaners

Ø Listing maintenance

* Perform routine cleaning and maintenance inspections; carry out simple maintenance work at inspections. ALL listings MUST be maintained in good condition

* MUST escalate maintenance issues which you are unable to resolve. Book time with company owner for training

* Garden maintenance including lawns, weeds, cobwebs (weeds and cobwebs forms part of inspection duty)

Ø Stock management

* Consumable items refills and record keeping

* Linen management incl stock control in each place. Collect, deliver, replace stained linen (cleaner MUST try to remove stains first. If not removable, then manager will process)

* Remove tough stains on linens. MUST report if any disposal of linens

* Ensure amenities are sufficiently provided, such as cookware, cutleries, glasses, plates, essentials, etc, etc

Ø Shift management

* Assign shifts each week and keeps updating while new reservations come

* Match Camelo and Airbnb calendars to ensure reservation details, guests special requests match the contents in the Camelo app. Adjust if necessary

* Review photos after each cleaner's shift to match setup requirements and quality. Photo areas as per "PHOTO CHECKLIST"

Ø Make suggestions for operation improvements/procedures and help with its implementations

Ø Escalate and refer complicated issues to upper levels if needed

Ø Request help from company owner for assistances if emergency or time restrains

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person
