Mental Health Support Worker Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Recovery Specialist to join our team within the Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative programme.
* Deliver community-based outreach and recovery-oriented support to individuals aged 16 and over.
* Provide tailored psychosocial support empowering people in their recovery journey using a holistic, person-centred approach.
* Engage in capacity-building activities promoting recovery, resilience and improved physical and mental health.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in mental health or community services, strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for recovery-oriented practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver individual recovery-focused support using evidence-based approaches.
* Engage in capacity-building activities promoting recovery, resilience and improved physical and mental health.
* Develop and monitor individual support plans in collaboration with consumers, carers and community organisations.
