THE POSITION
* Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures
* Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
* Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
* Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
* Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
THE PERSON
* Knowledge of food hygiene & workplace health & safety protocols
* Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or another Chef qualification)
* Police Check holder (or be willing to obtain a police check)
* Working With Vulnerable People card holder (or ready to obtain this)
