Drill Doctors is an independent supplier of aftermarket parts and components for blast hole drill rigs in NSW. We cover all OEM brands with a wide range of stock on hand and supported with a 24/7 Parts call out service. We provide full drill rig re-builds, overhauls, component repairs, on-site fitters, tech support and internal manufacturing capabilities.
The Role:
Due to increased growth and demand for our services and products, we are seeking a capable person to join our existing Parts Sales Team.
The role involves:
* Building Quotes
* Checking customer orders against quotes
* Processing customer orders
* Item Data maintenance
* Liaise with internal procurement and the Customer regarding overdue or urgent parts orders.
The following Skills are required for the role:
* Excellent computer literacy with an extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, specifically customer service oriented
* Understand workflows within a business system
* Ability to work quickly under time pressures when required
