About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant - All Rounder, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy outstanding service. This hybrid role requires adaptability to work independently or collaboratively, depending on daily business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and professional service in our Lot 51 café/bar.
* Assist with basic food preparation, ensuring quality and freshness.
* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages as a skilled barista.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
* Adapt to the demands of the day, switching seamlessly between independent and team-based tasks.
Qualifications
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
* Experience in small bar or café operations, with knowledge of service standards.
* Barista experience with the ability to craft high-quality coffee beverages.
* Competence in basic food preparation and completion of food safety training.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‐focused approach.
* Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment while maintaining service quality.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
* Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems or willingness to learn quickly.
* Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
