About the role:
Working as a Rehabilitation Consultant, located in Darwin, you will support people who have sustained physical injury by assessing their needs and providing effective solutions that sees them safely return to existing or new employment.
In this role, you will:
Use award winning psychosocial risk tools to provide holistic and psychosocial support to achieve great outcomes
Complete functional capacity evaluations
Conduct assessments including initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments and activities of daily living
Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans to achieve a recovery at work
Conduct worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals

Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA
Experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes
Clinical experience in the development of rehabilitation plans
Clinical experience in conducting assessments
Excellent time management and organizational skills
