The Position We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Accountant to take ownership of the financial performance of a diverse portfolio of retail assets. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for properties Own the service charge accounting process: budgeting, reconciliations, and reporting Reconcile rent rolls and manage rental income, turnover rent, and lease adjustments Conduct variance analysis and present insights at meetings Support annual budgeting, forecasting, audits, and BAS lodgements Manage tenant account queries and arrears Liaise with Centre Managers, and external stakeholders The Criteria This role requires someone who can plan, achieve high workloads, meet deadlines, develop and implement systems.
