HOBAN Recruitment have partnered with a leading global company that specialises in the manufacturing, design and distribution of replacement brakes, fluid sensors and ancillary automotive parts.
Based in Silverwater NSW, this is a Permanent chance for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and be at the forefront of change management and implementation.
Working as **PM Shift Supervisor** you will be responsible for overseeing the daily PM shift operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
**Working 2pm - 10pm Monday - Friday**
**Key responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
- Managing and supervising warehouse staff including training and inducting new staff members.
- Ensuring that all inventory is properly stored and accounted for, and transfer to/from warehouses are carried out in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- High reach forklift experience (min 3 years) - Crown Joystick preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of safety within a warehouse environment, including demonstrated familiarity with Chain of Responsibility (COR) inspections.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control, including MHE inspections.
