Job Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the wardrobe services department, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
* H&S compliance: Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for employees.
* Roster management: Make timely roster changes and manage breaks, ensuring optimal employee productivity.
* Linen orders: Oversee daily linen orders, guaranteeing efficient supply chain management.
* Laundry productivity: Develop strategies to maximize laundry productivity, driving business growth.
Requirements
* Sound computer skills, including MS Office.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous people management experience.
* Good working knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and statutory requirements.
* Knowledge of fabrics and fibers is desirable but not essential.
* Flexibility with working hours to accommodate a 24/7 roster.
