With a proud history dating back to 1980 and a national footprint of ten branches, CAPS is a trusted name in delivering innovative compressed air and power generation solutions to industrial and manufacturing clients across Australia.

We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to take full ownership of our Branch operations, sales performance, and customer relationships.
This is a pivotal role where you will guide and inspire a dedicated team, champion operational excellence, and ensure we meet and exceed annual revenue and profitability targets across sales, parts, service, and rental operations.
About the Role
As our Branch Manager, you will lead all branch functions to deliver strong year on year growth while ensuring our customers receive a market‐leading experience.
You will be accountable for managing the Branch's complete customer and product portfolio, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring the Branch's operations run efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Branch Performance
* Lead all branch activities to achieve annual revenue, profitability, and growth targets across sales, parts, service, and rental operations.
* Provide clear direction, coaching, and leadership to all teams, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.
* Foster a collaborative, positive, and high engagement work environment.
* Monitor and analyse branch performance metrics to drive data informed decisions.
* Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales, rental, and profitability goals.
* Drive sales of complete units while ensuring exceptional rental and service delivery across all customer segments.
* Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through high‐quality, responsive sales, rental, and service support.
* Address customer issues quickly and professionally, building strong, lasting client relationships.
* Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and embed feedback into service improvement initiatives.
* Conduct competitor analysis and forecast customer requirements to inform product, rental, and marketing plans.
* Develop targeted marketing, service, sales strategies specific to the Branch's geographic market, including growth of the rental portfolio.
Team & Operational Management
* Recruit, train, and develop branch staff, ensuring capabilities align with customer and operational needs.
* Conduct performance reviews, deliver coaching, and implement development plans.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
* Manage operational budgets responsibly, monitoring expenses and controlling costs without compromising service quality.
* Lead by example in promoting a strong health, safety, and wellbeing culture.
About You

* Proven experience in a sales and service management role (industry experience within CAPS or similar sectors highly desirable).
