Pharmacist Role Overview
You will be working in a dynamic retail and hospital pharmacy environment, delivering high-quality services to customers and patients alike.
* Provide efficient clinical pharmacy services to various clinical areas.
* Conduct medication history interviews, medication reconciliation and pharmaceutical reviews at transfers of care.
* Be efficient and effective in dispensing and distributing medication.
* Conduct therapeutic drug monitoring, monitor medication outcomes and adverse drug reaction management.
* Offer medication counseling & education to patients.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and provide advice on patient care.
* Contribute to training and educational sessions for pharmacy, nursing, medical staff and allied health professionals.
* Support the quality use of medicines by participating in projects, audits, working groups or committees as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in on-call and weekend services.

Requirements
* Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA), with no restrictions on practice.
* Permanent Australian working rights.
