About the role: Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration. You will partner closely with school leadership while contributing to HR projects, staff wellbeing initiatives, and process improvements. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, with a hybrid working model and flexibility to work from home during school holidays. You’ll be joining a fun, hardworking team who genuinely enjoy what they do, with a strong focus on delivering a great experience for students. The team prides itself on a collaborative and supportive culture, where everyone is willing to pitch in and help each other. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment including job briefs, advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination, reference checks, and stakeholder communication Support onboarding, induction, and the full employee lifecycle including staff movements, contract changes, and exits Maintain compliance and accurate HR records, including WWCC/VEVO checks and data integrity across systems (TASS and Excel) Build strong stakeholder relationships while supporting HR projects, process improvements, and overall employee experience Skills and Experience: Experienced in recruitment and HR end-to-end capability Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and collaborative skills Resourceful problem-solver with professionalism and strong systems skills Knowledge of awards/agreements and school experience advantageous but not required Benefits: Work within a highly regarded independent school Conveniently located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs Competitive salary Enjoy multiple additional days of leave gifted throughout the year Flexibility to work from home during school holidays Apply now: Tidal Recruitment Partners have been engaged to recruit this role.
