Job Title: Operations Officer – Leader Trainer
Location: Victoria, Australia
The Operations Officer – Leader Trainer is responsible for designing, reviewing, implementing, and delivering competency-based training and assessment programs & skills maintenance activities.
This role provides support and coaching to casual and volunteer trainers/assessors, monitors the performance of contracted training providers, and maintains volunteer training and assessment records to ensure compliance with VICSES Registered Training Organisation (RTO) standards and VICSES Health and Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, review, and deliver competency-based training and assessment programs
* Provide support and coaching to staff and volunteer trainers/assessors
* Monitor the performance of contracted training providers
* Maintain volunteer training and assessment records
