About The Role
Our Commercial Property Managers are responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of our clients. Your industry experience and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs, will ensure you are successful in this role. With the backing of the Elders network in Hobart, across Tasmania and Nationally, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.
Responsibilities
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties with professionalism and attention to detail
* Oversee capital works, prepare budgets, and deliver timely reporting to clients
* Ensure compliance with building regulations and lease obligations
* Conduct regular property inspections to maintain presentation and performance standards
* Identify and pursue opportunities to add value for both new and existing clients
* Collaborate with the broader Elders team to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions
About You
To succeed at Elders, you:
* Experience in the property industry and hold (or can obtain) a Property Representative Licence
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
* Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational ability
* A customer-first mindset and a professional, proactive approach
* Financial acumen and basic analytical skills to support property performance
* A current driver's licence and a willingness to embrace technology and forward thinking
