Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking for a true industry leader to manage their personal injury management advisory teams and specialist. 
For you; 
Salary range of $145K - $170K + 15% bonuses

You will; 
Manage and develop 4 direct reports and 15 indirect reports 
Manage all the relationships between the external providers including rehab providers and independent medical providers 
Analyze medical and rehabilitation expenditure to ensure targets are met 
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the claims management and injury management 
Provide strategic claims management advice and report on trends 
They will love your background in; 
People management experience in injury management, workers compensation claims management or rehabilitation consulting 
Strong understanding of the NSW workers compensation legislation 
Highly developed stakeholder management and negotiation skills 
Allied health qualifications would be highly regarded
