We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team at our Malaga head office.
Your role within this company will encompass general receptionist duties. Your daily responsibilities will be but are not limited to:
* General receptionist duties
* Book keeping
* General office duties
* Mail
The suitable person will require the following attributes:
* Fast & accurate data entry.
* Strong communication (verbal & written) skills. Analytical with strong attention to detail.
* Minimum 2 years previous experience in administration.
* Excellent skills in Excel, Word & Database applications.
* Able to work both unsupervised and within a team environment.
