Medical Staff is excited to offer fulltime Rostering consultant positions to complement the existing team for a January 2026 start. This is an in-office role on predominantly office hours, however some after hours may be required on a twice-monthly basis.
Experience in similar roles is greatly desirable. Full training is provided.
Some of your daily responsibilities will be as below but not limited to:
* Actively Rostering our casual pool of nurses and attending to admin related tasks
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff
* Working as per company policies and procedures
* Working within a team and independently
* Being able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
