Business Development Manager
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive conference and event sales, build lasting client relationships, and deliver unforgettable experiences.

The successful candidate will work closely with our commercial, food & beverage, and operations teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans for conferences, meetings, and events.
* Proactively source new business through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
* Conduct site inspections and FAM tours to showcase our facilities.
* Negotiate contracts, prepare tailored proposals, and close sales.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences from planning to execution.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in hospitality, MICE, or events.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
