* Current registration (or eligibility) as a Registered Nurse in Australia
* Experience in mental health care with strong clinical judgement and problem‐solving skills
* A collaborative mindset, with confidence to guide and support others
* Commitment to compassionate, safe, and person‐centred practice
You'll stand out if you have postgraduate study in mental health and/or experience stepping into clinical leadership roles.
