Description
As a Payroll Compliance Analyst, you will be at the heart of maintaining and enhancing payroll integrity. You will lead compliance initiatives, conduct audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every process meets legislative and organisational standards. Your expertise will help shape best practices and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement payroll governance policies, procedures, and controls.
Monitor and review payroll processes to identify risks and improvement areas.
Conduct regular audits and compliance assessments.
Stay up to date with payroll legislation and ensure timely updates to policies.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT on system enhancements and integrations.
Support payroll system upgrades and implementations.
Analyse payroll data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Profile
Suited to a senior payroll officer looking to transition intofocused role, or a candidate currently working in a compliance-focused role.
Deep understanding of payroll systems and compliance frameworks.
Exposure to EBAs and system builds highly regarded.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
Background in large, fast-paced organisations preferred.
