We're on the lookout for a Sales Manager to bring their leadership flair and good vibes to our awesome team in Woy Woy.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting our Bakery Manager in leading, training, and developing our sales team superstars
* Keeping our store looking fresh and fabulous with top-notch merchandising
* Delivering exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
* Setting and smashing sales targets
* Making sure everything stays safe, clean, and running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
* At least 2 years of retail management experience
* A Certificate III in Retail is preferred but not necessary
* A positive, proactive attitude and strong leadership skills
* Someone ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the day
* Full Time availability, 38 hours over weekdays and some weekends - days are open to discussion
