What You'll Be Doing:
* Support the internal sales team with administrative and customer service tasks
* Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
* Process orders and maintain accurate customer records in the system
* Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams regarding stock availability and delivery timelines
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide support to account managers
* Use internal CRM and ERP systems
