**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced and commercially savvy senior finance professional to join our leadership team.
* Leverage your expertise in financial management, IT, and procurement to drive business growth and compliance.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who can actively participate in business decision-making, ensure regulatory compliance, and execute business plans.
Some key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring all accounting practices comply with company and government regulations.
* Preparing, updating, and maintaining budgets and forecasts.
* Administering and controlling cash management for the hotel.
* Managing insurance matters in conjunction with local brokers.
* Coordinating with internal and external auditors.
* Collaborating with departments to optimize payroll management and efficiency.
* Maintaining a capital expenditure register.
* Initiating proactive communication with the owning company.
* Growing, developing, and supporting internal talent in all departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant CA/CPA or degree equivalent.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a large hotel.
* Proven effective communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams.
