Electrical Site Supervisor – South Australia
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct leadership to multiple electrical crews.
* Contribute to South Australia's grid reliability and resilience as a permanent leadership role.
* Oversee WHS, Environmental and Quality Systems for the entire site.
* Supervise overall work group performance, including productivity, stakeholder engagement and compliance.
* Coordinate between subcontractors, internal staff and external stakeholders.
* Plan work to ensure schedules and project outcomes are met.
* Ensure resource utilisation is cost‐effective to meet budget needs.
* Lead on‐site delivery, including a typical roster of 10 days on/4 days off, 10‐hour days, overtime and travel allowances.
* Serve on a 24‐month term contract.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in substation construction, including installation of high‐voltage equipment and systems.
* Electrical Trade Certificate.
* Current NSW Electrical Workers Licence (or ability to obtain via mutual recognition).
* Current NSW Driver's Licence.
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills; confident in leading diverse subcontractor teams and engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
* Commitment to safety, high‐performance teams and delivering work to the highest quality standards.
