We are recruiting for a well‐known Australian private health insurance fund to secure a detail‐oriented Claims Officer for their team based in Parramatta.

In this fast‐paced, 2‐to‐3‐month temporary assignment, you will focus on high‐volume medical claims processing and data entry.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring medical claims are assessed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company guidelines to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Data Capture & Entry: Review and accurately enter claim information from customer forms into internal systems.
• Claims Assessment: Assess, process, and manage medical claims while meeting daily productivity and quality targets.
• Problem Solving: Resolve straightforward claims, handle adjustments, and follow up on minor issues or missing details.
• Team Collaboration: Provide general administrative support and work closely with your team members to meet shared processing deadlines.

• System Familiarity: Prior experience using Salesforce and ELMO is highly regarded.
• Data Capture Expertise: Essential experience with data capture from customer service forms.
• Industry Experience: Ideally, you have a background in health insurance claims or medical billing processing.
• Strong Attention to Detail: Exceptional data entry accuracy with a focus on hitting targets without compromising on quality.
• Great Communication: Polite and professional communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
