Your Role in Action
As a Fertiliser Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating biodunder (fertiliser) pumping equipment and ensuring the safe, efficient movement and batching of liquid fertilisers and stockfeed. Your key duties will include:
* Operating Equipment & Maintaining Standards: Safely and efficiently operate fertiliser pumping equipment, ensuring all procedures are followed to maintain high safety and environmental standards.
* Maintenance & General Duties: Perform routine maintenance tasks, handle equipment checklists, and ensure the smooth running of plant operations in both in-crush and out-of-crush seasons.
* Team Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the production team, liaising with internal and external parties to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to specifications.

* Are committed to adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards
