The Supply Chain Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing domestic and international logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes. This role ensures timely delivery of goods and maintains exceptional customer service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support exceptional customer service.
 * Manage domestic and international freight operations, ensuring timely and compliant movement of goods.
 * Lead demand forecasting, procurement, and coordination of import/export activities.
 * Provide leadership to foster a collaborative and productive team environment, supporting cross-functional responsibilities as needed.
 * Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and compliance paperwork.
 * Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents to streamline export processes and resolve bottlenecks.
 * Manage inventory and supply orders, ensuring cost-effective procurement of packaging and shipping supplies.
 * Supervise daily logistics functions to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely deliveries.
 * Investigate and resolve warehouse stock discrepancies, implementing corrective actions.
 * Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile logistics-related charges and ensure transactional accuracy.
 * Track purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery timelines and fulfilment status.
 * Monitor inventory turnover and stock levels, using data-driven insights to optimize reordering points.
 * Evaluate and troubleshoot logistical challenges, introducing innovative solutions to enhance supply chain performance.
 * Administer supplier contracts, balancing cost efficiency with quality and delivery standards.
 * Maintain and refine systems for recording goods movement from acquisition to final delivery.
 * Design and enforce operational policies to support procurement, warehousing, and distribution strategies, maintaining optimal stock levels at reasonable costs.
